Role description

This role is for someone who gets things moving. We’re looking for someone sharp, driven, and great with people - someone who identifies opportunities, follows up promptly, and converts interest into long-term partnerships.

This is a full-time role (based in Prague or hybrid). As an International Account Manager, you’ll bring in new clients, grow key accounts, and guide companies through the world of CBAM rules and emissions data, with our platform as their go-to tool.

You’re not just selling software. You’re showing companies how to move faster, stay compliant, and get value from what they report.

Who you are

• You know how to talk to clients, really listen, and make them feel like you're building something with them
• You learn fast and don’t stop until you understand how (and why) something works
• You’ve got a good feel for numbers, can spot opportunities, and know what makes a deal worthwhile
• You're not afraid to pick up the phone
• Got some experience with CBAM or sustainability? Great. If not, you’ll pick it up fast
• You write and speak clearly – whether it’s a DM, a call, or a deck
• You're independent but know when to check in with the team
• Degree in business, or enough field experience
