Sales & Events Coordinator

Some of the key tasks include:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Sales and Catering teams.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute sales proposals, catering contracts, and event documentation.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding sales inquiries and catering events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and event details using CRM and event management software.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on sales and catering activities to support team decision-making
  • Event Support: Assist with the coordination of catering events by managing logistics, schedules, and vendor communications.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and initiatives as required by the Sales and Catering teams.

We would like to get to know you if you have:

  • You have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • You are responsible, independent and communicative
  • You are proactive and natural problem-solver
  • You have a great skills with Microsoft Excel and speak English
  • Experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with CRM and event management systems
