We're looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit & ISO Specialist to support audits, risk assessments, and ISO certification efforts. You’ll help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards, playing a key role in maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit Execution:

• Perform internal audits in line with the approved audit plan.
• Document audit procedures, findings, and prepare reports.
• Support development and maintenance of risk-based audit programs.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.

Risk and Control Support:

• Participate in risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

ISO Certification Support:

• Assist in maintaining ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
• Conduct internal ISO audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Support preparations for external ISO audits.
• Participate in the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with departments to gather audit and ISO-related information.
• Provide training and awareness support related to internal controls and ISO standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Keep abreast of audit and ISO best practices.
• Utilize data analytics and audit tools where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience of min. 2 years in internal audit or ISO role.
• Progress toward CIA, CISA, or ISO auditor certifications is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple assignments
• Language: English language on advanced level – fluent communication.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry preferred is a plus.
• Experience in audit or compliance within regulated or publicly listed companies as advantage is a plus.
