As a London Stock Exchange listed company and in order to meet the highest governance standards, EUROWAG offers unique experience for its employees. As a member of the in-house legal team who will be dedicated to support our company’s multi-jurisdictional electronic toll management services and related business activities, you will be tasked with providing in-depth legal advisory support services to the company’s Toll Department.
What skills and knowledge should you posses
- Master´s degree or equivalent qualification at a university of law in a European jurisdiction
- Prior working experience researching and/or advising with respect to Czech and EU legislationFluent (C2,C1) English (written and spoken); other language(s) is an advantage
- Experience as a concipient or lawyer (min. 3 years total prior experience)
- User knowledge of MS Office; Excel; OneNote; JIRA
Position responsibilities and objectives will be based on the needs and requests of Eurowag’s Toll Department;
- Providing legal support for EUROWAG’s toll management services and solutions, in connection with all parts of the contract lifecycle, from planning and structure, drafting, reviewing, and negotiation to performance and post-performance legal support
- Conducting multi-jurisdictional legal research projects and regulatory monitoring
- Completing tasks relating to meetings with customers and toll authorities
- Drafting memoranda and other documents relevant to internal initiatives, compliance and board and committee meetings on topics relating to the toll business, related business-specific topics, and industry-relevant legal and regulatory developments relating to EETS and other toll-related legislation.
- Supporting and managing toll-related dispute resolution activities
- Coordinating with external legal counsel on projects requiring external support.
- Overseeing the data management system for legal documentation for the Toll Department
