At Daibau.cz, you will be a key link between our platform and the people who use it. Every day you help customers turn their building plans into reality - connecting them with verified suppliers through our smart system. Most steps are automated, so you can focus on what matters most: guiding clients with confidence, solving their questions and giving them a sense of support. You will also be involved in sales support and have opportunities for your own business successes. Every day is different and every success is celebrated with us.

What we expect from you:

• Strong communication skills (telephone and email)
• Positive energy and a desire to help people
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn

It will be an advantage if you have:

Experience in customer support, sales or working with B2B clients
