We're looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive smarter, more effective sales operations. If you’ve worked with CRM tools (especially Microsoft Dynamics), understand the rhythm and reality of sales teams, and love improving processes with data-driven insights — this role is for you.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven previous experience ideally within a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, but experience with any CRM is welcome)
- Background working closely with sales teams, with an understanding of sales processes, workflows, and challenges
- Strong analytical thinking – you’re someone who spots inefficiencies and proactively suggests improvements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident, clear, and comfortable tailoring messages for different audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze sales data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
- Optimize and support sales forecasting, including tracking KPIs like conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and cycle lengths
- Act as a bridge between sales and systems teams, representing sales requirements in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) developments
- Own and manage sales process and system improvements, from concept to execution
- Design and deliver training on tools, processes, and systems to empower the sales organization
- Manage and continuously improve the use of sales technologies – including CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), enablement tools, and automation platforms such as Bloomreach
- Launch and manage sales campaigns in CRM to support Acquisition, Cross-sell, and Up-sell initiatives, working closely with market and HQ stakeholders, and monitor their execution and overall performance
- Support new product launches with relevant sales enablement content and updated value propositions
- Collaborate across departments, including Segment Marketing, to align sales goals with broader business strategy
