Reporting controller CER (CZ, SK, HU) is responsible for the total CER Group financial reporting (HFM reporting) as well as for the internal reporting. The controller is also coordinating all the activities within the planning area and presentations for the management / board meetings.

The main responsibilities are:

• Produce and co-ordinate regular GFR reporting

• Continuous development and implementation of internal standard reports, processes and routines

• Prepares the set of Internal reports for the management

• Prepares a presentation for the Dealer review meetings

• Identifies and recommends necessary changes in company accounting policies and procedures

• Projection (quarterly), Market plan and Business plan (yearly) preparation coordination (including the communication to other departments) and reporting in HFM

• Coordination on Board material preparation

• Cooperation on maintenance of financial reporting software

• Cooperation on projects and participation on auditing process

• To simplify processes/activities (closing, CFM update.)

• All different kind of ad hoc financial analysis

The work will be driven from our office in Chrášťany (Praha - Zličín).

Profile:

We are looking for someone who has a high level of personal integrity, is driven and self-motivated, with a proven knowledge of accounting, finance and financial reporting and knowledge of English (Intermediate level).

Skills and formal qualifications should include:

Education

• Bachelor or Master degree in economics

Essential experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar position in international environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• experience with IFRS
• Active knowledge of the Czech/Slovak language (C2), English language (B2)
• Scala, Hyperion, AutoMaster experiences are benefit
• Driver’s license – type B
