- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation engagements.
- Define client-specific digital strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through their digital journey.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, change, and industry experts) to ensure successful delivery.
- Support clients in building digital capabilities and culture.
- Contribute to the development of digital offerings, tools, and accelerators within the firm.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Support go-to-market efforts by identifying client needs and shaping value propositions.
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
