We’re expanding our Sales and Purchase team with motivated, results-driven professionals who are eager to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers across Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Scout & develop European markets – Identify trends, brands, and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships – Connect with distributors and retailers across Europe
- Negotiate & close deals – You’re the deal-maker, securing profitable contracts
- Monitor market trends – Analyze customer demand, study of supply, economic factors on given markets
- Represent Arleon at key industry events – Be the face of our business at exhibitions and client meetings
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- You’re based in Prague or willing to relocate (EU work permit required)
- You’re driven, competitive, and love a challenge
- You’re a natural communicator & negotiator
- You’re proactive & results-oriented
- You’re not afraid of cold calls & initial outreach
- You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- You speak fluent English, other European languages is an advantage
- You can handle pressure & stay productive
