Do you enjoy variety in your workday, organizing things that run smoothly, and bringing structure to a busy office? We're looking for a proactive Office Assistant to join our Operations team in Brno.

This role is key to ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine — from booking business trips and managing deliveries to supporting meetings and keeping things organized. You’ll collaborate with different teams, help shape our internal operations, and be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and colleagues alike.

You’ll be part of a self-managed (managerless) team, where autonomy goes hand in hand with responsibility. We expect you to be self-driven and proactive, but also to listen, cooperate, and align with the team’s goals. Respect, open communication, and mutual support are what keep us moving forward.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate business travel for our employees
  • Process incoming invoices in cooperation with our Finance team
  • Support meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries, including preparing and sending outgoing mail
  • Manage reception desk services (phone, emails, visitors, cashbox)
  • Make sure our reception and meeting room areas stay welcoming, presentable, and ready for visitors and internal meetings
  • Answer general company inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects
  • Organize our company breakfasts and community moments

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally organized, approachable, and always one step ahead. Someone who enjoys multitasking, doesn’t get flustered by changes, and takes pride in creating a great working environment.

You’ll fit right in if you

  • Are a team player with strong communication skills
  • Are creative, eager to learn, and open to feedback
  • Speak and write in English at an active C1 level
  • Speak and write in Czech or Slovak at an active C1 level
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools
  • Think critically and work independently
  • Can handle confidential information with care
  • Are an active driver
  • Are willing to travel monthly (overnight trips to Prague or Ostrava)
  • Are looking for a full-time role
  • Want to contribute meaningfully in a non-hierarchical team setting
