Join us at GCE s.r.o. (a division of ESAB)! We are looking for a proactive and energetic HOMECARE REPAIR ACCOUNT MANAGER, who will become a key partner for our European customers in the field of medical device repairs. specifically Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) designed for homecare use.

Your Role
???????? You will be a key partner for our homecare customers, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and device availability for patients.
???????? Your mission will be to extend device uptime and minimize downtime.
???????? You will listen to customer needs, analyze service processes, and create tailor-made service offers – from training service technicians to designing proactive and reactive service programs.
???????? You will work with repair data, customer experience feedback, and KPIs (e.g., SLA) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
???????? You will coordinate the entire repair process – ensuring quality, timeliness, and communication with customers.
???????? You will identify weak points and actively collaborate with our service centers, leading them toward continuous improvement.
???????? You will have the opportunity to create and implement new service offers across Europe.
???????? You will cooperate with production, quality, regulatory teams, and colleagues at a global level.
???????? You will travel regularly – travel will take up approximately 50% of your time, with the rest remote work within the Czech Republic and occasional visits to our Chotěboř site (1–2× per month).
What We Expect from You
- university degree – ideally in technical, business or natural sciences field
- minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales, service, or customer relationship roles – experience in medical devices, industry, or manufacturing is an advantage
- experience with service process optimization, improving customer satisfaction and creating service offers
- excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build relationships and act independently
- a systematic mindset, commercial drive and a passion for innovation
- fluent English – used daily
- willingness to travel mainly across Europe and 1–2× per month to Chotěboř
- possibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic (e.g., from Prague)
