L+W Montagetechnik Kft., a company producing welded and rolled components and modules

for the automotive industry, is looking for a  experienced QUALITY MANAGER with a 3P - Mentality (= People + Performance + Process).

Your responsibilities

Main targets

• Organisation and optimization of quality processes and  coordination of quality department

• Representing the plant in all quality issues (internal and external)

• Overview of qaulity problems, costs and solutions

• Ensuring product quality according to customer specifications

• Application of the quality assurance system

Professional tasks

1. Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to IATF 16949

2. Presenting the effectiveness of the QM-system

3. Management and coordination of QM tasks:

• internal audits

  • error analysis

  • customer visits

  • processing of complaints

  • test assessment

  • statistical evaluations

  •  closed stock management

  •  incoming inspection

  •  cooperation on supplier development

People Management

• Communicating + coopertion with other managers and employees

• Promoting and achieving the main TASK = QUALITY 1st

• Motivation current and training of new  Q-Team Members (Q-Technicians + Q-Controllers)

• Monitoring and evaluation of quality employees´ performance, including feedback and measured

Data Management

• KPI 1 : Reduction of quality costs

• KPI 2: Reduction of complaints

Your profile

• Education in a technical field

• Knowledge of Q-Standards: IATF 16949, VDA 6.5 VDA 6.3, VDA 6.2, FMEA

• Knowledge of Q-Tools: Ishikawa, 5x WHY  …

• Strong analytics, communication, team management and organisational skills

• Hungarian  + English  + German speaking on communication +  writing level

• Microsoft office Advanced Skills

• Reliability + autonomy + consistency

• Experience in the automotive industry - ideally in metal industry and as Q-manager
