We’re looking for a Transport & Logistics Specialist to join our team and take charge of transportation operations across Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. In this key role, you'll oversee the performance of our external logistics partner and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality deliveries to our customers and retail stores.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Supervise daily transport operations managed by our 3PL provider across CZ, SK, and HU
• Ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries to key accounts, wholesalers, and Lindt retail stores
• Be the main point of contact for all transport-related topics with our logistics partner
• Analyze transport KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Retail, and Warehousing teams to align logistics with business needs
• Support transport planning and drive cost and service optimizations
• Pallet pool management, including declarations and invoice validation
• Manage the supply of packaging materials

What knowledge and skills are required?

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• At least 1 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics ideally in FMCG
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with SAP and/or transport management systems (TMS)
• Fluent in Czech & English (Hungarian is a plus)
• A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across countries
