Join Our Team! We’re Looking for an AP Processor!

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making processes run smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive team player to take ownership of our Expense & Concur Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing EW employees’ expense reports in SAP Concur
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees experiencing issues with Concur reports
• Managing cleansing of supplier and employee accounts in SAP ERP
• Processing bank statements related to company card transactions
• Preparing daily allowance summaries for the Payroll team
• Conducting employee training on how to use Concur
• Preparing accrual overviews for Month-End Closing (MEC)
• Collaborating with internal teams to:

1.Make corrections

2.Adjust Concur settings to meet current business needs

3.Initiate urgent payments

• Supporting internal and external audit requests related to your area
• Proactively resolving issues that arise during daily operations

Qualifications

• Accounting education is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient English communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP and/or SAP Concur is an advantage
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
