TECHNO ASSOCIE CZECH s.r.o. is a Czech branch of a Japanese multinational trading company. Our company has a rich history of over 2 centuries and has been the leader in the fasteners market for the past 50 years. Our Czech branch mainly distributes to Japanese electronics and automotive manufacturing companies which operate in Europe and Turkey.

The main role of Sales Operations Representative is to oversee the daily operations and maximize customer satisfaction. We are seeking personalities who bring an enthusiastic and caring attitude and who will become an important part of our young team.

Main Responsibilities of Sales Operations Representative

- Oversee the life cycle of orders

- Control timely purchase, lead time and stock level

- Handle all administrative to arrange smooth delivery of goods to customer

- Be a representative for any enquiries from customers

- Report issues outside of their scope of authority to the manager

・ Process customer orders and forecasts

・ Prepare MRP and issue orders to suppliers, discuss scheduling, manage stock levels

・ Record and issue invoices

・ Provide documents and information necessary for customs clearance to forwarding agents

・ Review and record stock-in documents

・ Arrange deliveries

・ Follow up on overdue invoices

・ Prepare documents for deadstock negotiation

・ Prepare periodical reports (i.e. inventory, Eko-kom, CBAM)

・ Cooperate with Sales Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers

Requirements for a suitable candidate

・ Good communication skills

・ Enthusiastic and professional approach towards business partners

・ Teamwork

・ Attention to detail and good organizational skills

・ Fluent in English and Czech

・ Interest in a long-term cooperation – starting with 1 year contract which is then extended to indefinite

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel, experience with SAP and experience in a similar field are not necessary but will be an advantage.
