We' are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Plzen and support our the effective sourcing of hardware, software, contract labour, purchased services and all other components needed for quality IT delivery to our Doosan customer affiliates. To maintain assigned supplier contract effectively and partnering with sources that will provide the quality, price and timely delivery required to meet the requirements of the Company and our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain knowledge of IT Services they are responsible for and maintain a good working knowledge of the Company’s service scope.
- Lead sourcing of IT contractor or leased employees and its efficient negotiation and management
- Support in negotiation of contracts that best meet DDIE’s business requirements
- Support Supply Cost Forecasts based on agreed services and establish robust supply chain management
- Reviews supplier contract renewals and negotiates it as per market price and business needs within due course and storing all relevant documents
- Manages & Analyses all purchases for DDIE including delivery and alignment to Billing
- Contributes to supporting the achievement of annual productivity (cost savings) goals.
- Manage purchase orders within the segregation of duty guidelines including PO requisition submission, receipt of goods/services (as appropriate) and hand-off to AP to complete the procure to pay cycle.
- Support in all DDIE service delivery for project and operational costs to cover the order to cash cycle.
- Helps with identifying and researching potential new suppliers
- Liaises with DDIE Project Manager to research and determine their product and service needs in line with company goals
- Keep abreast of market conditions, leading technologies and changes within the supplier's organisation to assess impact for DDIE.
What skills and knowledge should you posses
Must be able to communicate with everyone within an organisation from IT demand management to IT service delivery.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures
- Must have a solid understanding of core business processes and the ability to automate them on leading Procurement to pay process
- Capable of producing procurement and contractual documentation to a high standard, applying rigor and attention to detail
- Fluency in Czech and English languages
- Ability to negotiate effectively with Suppliers
- Ability to work in a team and contribute within a multi discipline environment.
- Effective Cost Data Analysis & Good Business acumen
- Effective communication skills
- Effective PC, report writing & MS Office skills
- Effective Document Management & Organisational Skills
