We are looking for a skilled and proactive Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven analytical experience, a strong grasp of data tools, and the ability to independently deliver insights that drive business results in a fast-paced environment.

As an Analyst, you will take ownership of data analysis projects from end to end — from collecting and processing data to presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with various departments, ensuring our decisions are backed by accurate, timely, and relevant information.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently collect, clean, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to monitor KPIs and business performance.

• Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing, logistics) to define analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions.

• Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Native Czech or Slovak language, very good knowledge of English language

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data cleaning, macros).

• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with basic data modelling.

• Experience working with large datasets and ability to draw meaningful conclusions.

• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
