We are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:

Administrative Assistant

Job description

  • office services (mails, communications, support, dealing w/ gov authorities etc.)
  • arranging transport, accommodation etc. for colleagues and customers
  • keeping and updateing record books, statements, reports etc.
  • supporting international colleagues in their tasks
  • daily reporting to operations center and to customers around the world
  • dealing w/ suppliers, especially w/ HR agencies

We require

  • high school
  • czech language - fluent
  • english language - advanced
  • communicativeness and flexibility
  • loyalty, reliability, flexibility and diligence
  • PC skills (MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), web/data research etc.)
