Our company is a leader in lending, debt collection, and marketing in the Czech Republic. For over 10 years, we have been operating under the license of the Czech National Bank, delivering financial services to international markets.
We develop high-load services for traffic management, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and analytics. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend) to help enhance existing products and build new tools for marketing and traffic optimization.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain services for traffic, analytics, and marketing
Optimize existing solutions and implement new tools
Work with APIs and microservices architecture
Integrate third-party platforms
Participate in architectural decisions and improve code quality
Our Tech Stack
Backend: PHP 8, Symfony (primary), Laravel/Yii2/CodeIgniter
Frontend: JavaScript (jQuery, Vue.js/React as a plus), HTML5, CSS3
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, queues (RabbitMQ), REST API, MVC
Testing: Unit and integration tests
Approaches: OOP, SOLID, Agile/Scrum/Kanban
Requirements
5+ years of commercial web development experience (PHP + JavaScript)
Experience with high-load systems and scaling
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Proactivity, independence, and attention to quality
Nice to Have
Experience developing tools for marketing and traffic automation
Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok)
Czech language knowledge is an advantage
