Our company is a leader in lending, debt collection, and marketing in the Czech Republic. For over 10 years, we have been operating under the license of the Czech National Bank, delivering financial services to international markets.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, high quality, and automation of testing for our large-scale financial products and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire QA lifecycle: from requirement analysis to final testing

• Perform integration and end-to-end testing, including payment systems

• Develop and configure automated tests, maintain existing test scenarios

• Write and manage Postman collections, validate HTTP requests and responses

• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL): analyze queries and prepare test data

• Monitor and validate message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), analyze logs and system behavior

• Review service architecture and propose test automation improvements

• Structure QA processes: write test cases, define testing logic, and maintain quality standards

• Test landing pages and post-production environments

• Perform testing in development and staging environments, then hand over results to the extended QA team

Tech Stack

• Backend: PHP 8.1, Symfony 6

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Automation & Tools: Postman, Cypress, experience with setting up automated tests (Selenium / PHPUnit / Codeception / or similar)

• Architecture: REST API, HTTP requests, Redis, microservices

• Processes: CI/CD (basic understanding), Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience with a focus on integration, system, and automated testing

• Proven experience in writing and maintaining automated tests; understanding of CI/CD processes

• Strong ability to quickly grasp business logic and technical details

• Experience working with payment flows, microservices, and message queues

• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Czech language

• Relocation to the Czech Republic: company supports with documentation and covers Czech language courses

• Experience with advertising or financial platforms is a plus
