This is an "entry-career" role to support Finance & Procurement Teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Archiving documents and contracts in line with relevant archiving methodology
- Admin support to Finance, Procurement and Compliance team
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to obtain missing information as per requests
Who You Are
- University student, able to commit to a part-time job alongside studies
- Fluent Czech is a must, English language at the level of being able to communicate with colleagues and articulate requests in writing and verbally
- Attention to detail and be able to work systematically
- Goal - orientated and act with sense of urgency
- Skilled at using MS Office or G-suite space tools - preferred
- Team-player and open to learning
Currently the role is for fixed-term period until 30 November 2026.
