Duties and responsibilities

- Implement local financial management processes in line with HQ guidance and requirements.
- Coordinate with the local CPA firm / external accountant and deliver monthly financial reports according to HQ standards.
- Support tax planning and review financial statements in cooperation with external advisors.
- Manage budgeting, funds management, and cash-flow planning.
- Oversee fixed assets administration and related reporting.
- Manage bank access and payment processes in accordance with DOA requirements.
- Perform financial analysis and support risk control activities.


Requirements

- University degree or higher (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related).
- CPA finalist or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of financial management experience in an international company.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and transfer-pricing tax planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to work occasional overtime and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Business-level / fluent English.
- Valid EU work permit/residency.
