Your tasks in detail:

  • Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness;
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement;
