Technical Consultant / Project Manager Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Participation in projects such as: Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Feasibility Study, Masterplan, Concepts,
• Technical analysis, verification and opinions on solutions, reconciliation of documentation, technical advice, permitting path, limitations from urban plans and studies
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Clients
• Participation in the preparation of offers and the process of obtaining orders for the company
• Managing of projects from different aspects - timing, budget, quality, leading internal team

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the above-mentioned position
• Experience in engineering projects welcome
• A Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Architecture / Civil / or any other technical related to the aboves responsibilities
• Experience in industrial projects
• Knowledge of the construction process and permitting procedures
• Very good interpersonal abilities
• Very good skills in software (AutoCAD, Office)
• English intermediate / advanced
• Willingness to travel in business, conducting meetings with a Clients

Optionally:

Professional Engineer license in Architecture / Civil / other related to the above's responsibilities
