To strengthen our global HR team, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Global HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Operations, who reports directly to the COO.

Your impact:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to our Operations leadership, providing support to Regional Operations Directors.
  • Support senior leaders in driving change, efficiency, and workforce engagement across our units.
  • Drive and implement the global HR strategy, closely aligned with business priorities in Operations.
  • Represent HR in the Global Steering Committee and contribute to key decisions on transformation, structure, and talent.
  • Identify current and future capability needs across production sites and develop tailored HR solutions in close collaboration with local HR.
  • Lead global recruitment for key roles in Operations.
  • Guide and support organizational development projects including restructuring, role clarification, and performance culture.
  • Ensure global alignment and local execution of core HR processes such as workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
  • Promote HR Excellence by driving consistent standards and collaboration across our HR network.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role in an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Deep understanding of operational challenges and HR’s role in improving productivity, engagement, and change readiness.
  • Proven track record in supporting global HR initiatives, especially within Operations.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with hands-on execution strength.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural skills.
  • Fluency in English and Czech is required; German is a strong asset.
  • Holder of a valid driving license supporting flexibility and presence in operational settings.
