Senior Technical Support Specialist (269)

As Senior Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a key part in IT team, providing technical support, mentor team members, and manage complex issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Job description:

• Act as the primary escalation point for challenging technical problems.
• Manage maintenance and administration of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Oversee efficient handling and escalation of support tickets.
• Make clear documentation and internal communications.
• Mentor junior colleagues in resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with macOS and Linux beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
