Partner Account Manager (Slovenian Speaker)

Position: Partner Account Manager (Slovenian Speaker)
Location & Work Model: Prague – hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days work from home)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

What will you do?

  • Manage a portfolio of IT reseller partners and drive their business growth with HP products (PCs, printers, services).
  • Analyze the market and partners’ competitive environment.
  • Proactively contact partners (phone/email), identify opportunities and propose business solutions.
  • Guide partners through the sales cycle – from pricing to closing deals.
  • Train partners on new product features.
  • Build professional relationships and ensure partner loyalty, support partners with certifications.
  • Provide sales forecasts and track partner performance using reporting tools.
  • Support marketing activities and ROI analysis.
  • Ensure registration and onboarding of new IT resellers into the Partner Program.


Requirements:

  • Native Slovenian and English at least B2 level.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

  • 37,000 CZK gross/month + 25% bonus + quarterly incentives depending on specific product sales (not guaranteed).
