About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-complexity IT projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Direct external project teams, maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget.

  • Facilitate all project meetings and manage records of actions, decisions, risks, and escalations.

  • Oversee smooth transitions to operations and coordinate all release-related activities.

  • Monitor execution, manage scope, and ensure effective governance and risk control.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and project management standards.

  • Collaborate across teams and suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional project teams.

  • Strong background in managing project budgets and financial planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Expertise in project risk management and mitigation strategies.

  • Skilled in change management and decision-making under pressure.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
