As Operations Manager, your main responsibility will includecross-functional teams and resources, as well as ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Reporting directly to the Plant manager.

Requirements:

· Experience with position of Operations manager in Automotive company + 5ys

· Fluent English

· Experience with handling critical situations and escalations, stategy, planning and resources

. Ability to lead people more than 50+
