???? We're Hiring: Extra Time Assistant (Part-Time)
We are currently seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Extra Time Assistant to join our growing after-school team at the Prague British International School - one of the leading international schools in the Czech Republic.

Extra Time is our dedicated after school child-care provision for children aged 3 - 11 that runs every day during the academic year and ensures that children staying late after school can relax, complete homework, play sports and games, participate in structured activities, and have fun!
This position will be primarily based at our Kamýk campus in Prague 4, where the Extra Time Assistant will support the Extra Time Manager in delivering the daily after-school programme, supervising children, and ensuring the highest possible standards of child-care and customer satisfaction.
???? Work time:
- Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 18:00 (with the possibility to choose preferred days)
- Start Date: September 2025
???? What You'll Do:
- Provide daily support to the Extra Time Manager in delivering a high-quality and engaging activity programme.
- Build a positive rapport with all the children attending Extra Time, ensuring that all children are happy and fully engaged in the programme.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of the children, raising any concerns with the Extra Time Manager.
- Contribute activity ideas and show a willingness to lead activities when required.
- Develop strong parent/carer relationships through day-to-day liaison with parents, ensuring that parents are informed about their child’s behaviour and achievements each day.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of children’s birthday parties.

- Fluency in English and Czech, both spoken and written (essential).
- Experience working with children (ideally ages 3 – 11).
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and positively contribute to a team.
- High energy and a sense of fun.
