At Nissens Cooling Solutions (part of KK Wind Solutions and AP Møller Holding), we develop cutting-edge thermal solutions for global wind energy leaders and other industries (defense, rail). Since 2025, we operate under the joint name KK Group. As a Solution Lead, you’ll be the key technical contact for our customer’s engineering team, shaping the future of cooling systems in collaboration with Product Leads.

Your Impact

• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with our customer’s engineering team.
• Drive solutions that balance performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with Product Leads to align solutions with customer and company needs.
• Support customer visits, technical sales, and quality reviews.
• Prepare technical presentations, manage documentation, and secure approvals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by attending key fairs and conferences.

???? Travel: 10-30 days per year

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree + 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills & structured approach.
• Experience with product development, ERP systems, and quality frameworks (APQP, APQPWind).
• Proactive mindset with a passion for engineering and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills.
