✨What to expect:

• Ensure production quality – You’ll oversee that all quality criteria are met throughout serial production. When deviations happen, you’ll negotiate and drive corrective actions.
• Assess product quality – You’ll evaluate finished parts, manage non-conforming products, block defective material, and ensure everything meets our high standards.
• Manage production documentation – You’ll create and maintain the documentation needed to keep production and quality aligned.
• Lead problem-solving – You’ll moderate 8D analyses when major issues arise, helping us get to the root cause fast.
• Train and inspire – You’ll regularly train production colleagues on quality standards, customer requirements, and process changes.

???? What knowledge and skills you should have

• For this position we are looking for a person with a high school or university degree, a technical background is preferred but not a requirement.
• We want you to have previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
• We expect you to know and be able to use quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 why...)
• PC user skills, especially with MS Office, are essential, we will train you to work with internal systems.
• You have previous experience with plastic injection moulding and painting technology and the visual quality of plastic parts.
