What does this role entail?
- You will get an inside look into how Korn Ferry helps reveal people’s innate talents and thus provides them with the opportunity to find their “dream job.” You will learn about our products, which are dedicated to areas such as emotional intelligence, workplace climate analysis, leadership potential, and much more.
- You will be providing customer support for our products (web applications in the area of human resources).
- You will be resolving client requests by email, web, phone, and IM.
- You will be communicating in English.
- You will be contributing to the better efficiency of our clients (mostly large international companies) and improving the satisfaction of their employees.
- You will not be involved in sales of any kind. Simply put, you will be supporting our clients in getting the services and products they have already purchased and helping them resolve any potential relevant problems.
- You will be working afternoon shifts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., at least three times a week.
- Over time, you will obtain your own clients and/or special projects.
