We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to help us expand into new markets - with an initial focus on the Czech Republic. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities and turning leads into promising business relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying new markets, customer segments, and sales channels
Generating leads and building a strong early-stage sales pipeline
Reaching out to potential clients and initiating relationships
Conducting market research and competitive analysis
Developing and communicating compelling value propositions
Working closely with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in B2B)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of new market exploration
High customer focus, especially during early engagement and needs discovery
Fluent in English and Czech language
