We are a certified IBM Business Partner for the iSeries platform, delivering complete solutions including iSeries servers, components, technical consulting, and system support. BIZ DATA also represents LANSA Holdings Inc. in the Eastern European region and is an official distributor of LANSA products. In addition to licensing, we provide technical support and run an authorized training center for LANSA technologies. As we continue to grow and support our international cooperation model, we are now looking to fill the following position:

IT Coordinator to act as a bridge between our headquarters in the Czech Republic and our development partner in India.

You don’t have to be a developer - but you must understand the world of IT development and know how to facilitate smooth communication between two very different working cultures.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication channel between our Czech HQ and our Indian supplier.

• Coordinate and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and expectations.

• Help prevent misunderstandings through cultural context and clear communication.

• Translate tasks, feedback, and priorities between teams - both technically and interpersonally.

• Support our development process through structured and clear coordination.

Požadujeme

• Indian background or deep understanding of Indian work culture, combined with European work experience or mentality.

• EU work permit (ideally Czech Republic).

• Senior exeprience with project management;

• Fluency in Hindu and English is essential as well, at least communicative Czech is a significant advantage;

• Good understanding of IT/development environments (you dont need to code).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

• A responsible, self-driven personality with professional integrity.
