On behalf of our client - an international manufacturing company operating in the food industry - we are seeking a Finance Key User /Project coordinator to support the implementation of a new ERP system for our Bulgarian entity. The primary place of work will be the Prague office, with a portion of responsibilities focused on the client’s Bulgarian entity.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in ERP rollout with focus on financial processes (GL, taxes, AR/AP, assets, travel expenses)
• Analyze and optimize current vs. target financial workflows
• Support UAT testing and end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support

Requirements:

• University degree in economics
• Proven experience in finance/accounting (GL, ideally FMCG)
• ERP implementation experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian (spoken and written)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to travel
