We are seeking an experienced Group HR Operations Manager to lead and standardize HR operations across five European countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Germany. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and has a strong operational focus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for all five countries.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standards across the group.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Standardize HR operations and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Lead, develop, and support a team of 3 HR operations specialists.
  • Oversee budget compliance across all regions
  • Establish and standardize HR collaboration frameworks with franchise partners across all regions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, motivation, and organizational culture.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role across multiple countries, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, legislation, and best practices in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Experience in managing HR teams and implementing standardized procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Native Czech and fluent English
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and data management.
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel across regions when required.
