To strengthen our team in Pilsen we are looking for:

MES Engineer

Job Responsiblities

• Leading a team within operational excellence
• Introduction and further development of efficient, standardized and globally consistent MES solutions for mapping business and production processes
• Collaboration and close coordination with the requesting operational areas, the IT implementation partners and the globally active digitalization and MES engineers
• Carrying out functional tests for troubleshooting and fault elimination as part of agile software development
• Collaboration in digitalization projects at the Burghausen and Pilsen sites with a focus on optimizing production processes and sustainably improving efficiency and quality
• Operational contact for new requirements regarding process and system changes

Job Requirements

• University degree preferably in electrical engineering, automation technology or production informatics or comparable qualification.
• Experience in the field of automation and digitalization, preferably in the production environment of the chemical process industry
• Good knowledge of production-related IT systems, e.g. MES, WMS, SAP, DCS
• Knowledge of methods and experience in agile project management (e.g. Scrum)
• Resilience, first leading experience, flexibility
• Fluent in German or English
• Willingness to travel and enjoy international cooperation
