In a few words

As a Key Account Manager Senior you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be part of the sales team and you will be in charge of communication with Operators and Key customers. If you have experience in a similar position, then this position is for you.

Your Challenges:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Operators and Key customers;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics;
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met;
  • Contact and align with EHQ and CHQ with strategy, reporting, analysis;
  • Regular forecasting sell-in / sell-out;
  • Co-marketing plan preparation and its execution;
  • Accountable for P&L of each respective account;
  • Main KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, market share, account P&L;

Your profile includes:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in sales management;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Knowledge of the smartphone industry, mobile services industry and/or consumer electronics as advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think out of the box;
  • Goal-oriented and driven by an analytical and problem-solving attitude;
  • High proficiency in Czech, English is our company language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical counterparts;
  • Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
