We are seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for taking our data operations to the next level, with a primary focus on data from our digital marketing activities. We are looking for someone with strong data visualization skills (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools) and a strategic mindset. Your mission will be not only to build clear dashboards and reports, but most importantly, to identify key trends and opportunities that will drive the performance of our campaigns and support the growth of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize dashboards in Looker Studio (or Power BI / other BI tools)
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and marketing teams
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and clinics across the FutureLife Group
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on data insights
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing and CRO specialists, as well as the CRM team and the central Data team, and clinic leadership
• Provide data-driven recommendations for business and marketing improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (SQL knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
• Experience with marketing performance metrics is a plus
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
