We are calling for all people with a passion for business intelligence and data analytics.
As Client BI Solutions Analyst you will be part of a group corporate team with a worldwide reach. Your main responsibility will be maintenance and innovation of our data reporting capabilities, producing data visualizations, communication with internal and external stakeholders and providing support to our sales community.
Main focus is to prepare meaningful client data utilization reports, dashboards and insights about the adoption and usage of International SOS services (Assistance, Travel trends, Digital products – App, Web portal etc.), educate the internal user base how to benefit from the data insights and act as a consultant for any client utilization data related topics
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, document, and align business requirements for reporting and analytics deliverables.
- Reporting & Visualization: Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales materials using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, AWS, SQL Management Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Data Management: Extract, prepare, and analyze data from multiple sources (internal systems, Salesforce, web analytics, etc.).
- Consulting & Support: Act as an analytics consultant for internal product teams, project stakeholders, and the global sales community.
- Training & Enablement: Preparation and participation on user trainings, webinars and preparation of other sales materials and solutions.
Profile:
- Fluent in English (Czech is not required).
- Confident in engaging with clients and diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
- Proficient with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- Independent, proactive, and motivated to make an impact in a dynamic, innovative environment.
