Job Duties
- Customer Engagement: Visit end customers and companies to establish, maintain, and update customer files in the database system.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain reliable relationships with clients to enhance public relations.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities and follow up on orders.
- Sales Promotion: Collect project information, promote sales, and analyze competitor data.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate on developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiation Participation: Engage in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
- Financial Support: Assist with financing and collection efforts.
Requirements
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and knowledge of construction machinery is essential. Experience with heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete machinery, tower cranes, forklifts, aerial work machinery is a must.
- Language Skills: Good in English, both spoken and written.
- Coordination Skills: Experience coordinating with leasing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
