We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to actively develop new business opportunities, grow our global client base, and support high-impact initiatives across Europe and the USA.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with clients worldwide
• Proactively manage existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
• Drive business development efforts, including proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client and partner meetings
• Monitor aviation and defense industry trends and contribute innovative ideas
• Take part in training sessions, demos, and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)
• Experience in aviation or a technical/business field
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Passion for aviation, defense, and technology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized work style
• A hunter mindset – proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to win new business
• Clean criminal record – integrity and trustworthiness are essential
