Join our Finance Team!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to strengthen our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing EW bank statements and payment advices within our accounting systems (SAP ERP, NAV16)
• use bank apps Multicash and Citi - to download payment confirmation or bank statement
• Responsible for cleansing of technical accounts (Outgoing payments, incoming
• Delivering monthly reconciliation on bank accounts
• Cooperating with internal Money collection teams (making correction on allocated
• payments)
• Providing payment confirmations to our internal teams
• Participating on related internal/external audit requests
• Working in line with AP/AR/GL Process and supporting the teams
• Proactively solving issues which occur during day-to-day routine

Qualifications

• Accounting education would be an advantage
• Position is ideal for fresh graduates
• Good numerical and communication skills
• Basic English
• Microsoft Office literacy (advanced Excel knowledge)
• Sense of Accuracy, focus on detail, initiative
• Problem solving skills and a “team player” attitude
• Task ownership/independence
