We are looking for an experienced and motivated colleague to join our team and take the customer experience to the next level. If you have a passion for building great relationships with customers, experience in leading a team and a desire to actively improve processes, you will find room for growth and creativity with us. Your main tasks:

  • Complete customer service management, playing captain.
  • Support and development of your team members in their daily work. You will be the bridge between our Czech team and the headquarters in Belgium.
  • Searching for opportunities to optimize and automate internal processes.
  • Occasionally support wider initiatives within the group – projects, marketing,...

Who we are looking for:

  • Fluent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
  • Ideally 2 or more years of experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
  • Independence, the ability to set priorities and lead others.
  • Team spirit and a natural ability to motivate people around them.
  • Residence in the vicinity of Strakonice, Písek or the surrounding area.
