Your Responsibilities

  • Check statements of accounts received from cedents and brokers against contract data in the operating system.
  • Book statements of accounts in a timely and accurate manner in the operating system.
  • Follow up with clients and brokers on overdue statements and settlements of accounts.
  • Submit requests for outgoing payments.
  • Clear both incoming and outgoing payments in a defined timely manner.
  • Perform assigned tasks during quarterly and yearly closings.
  • Perform checks and controls within a defined portfolio.
  • Assist with data clean-up activities to prepare for automation.

What We Expect

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (A&R, controlling, solid accounting knowledge.
  • Understanding of reinsurance (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with systems like Excel is a must and with SAP is a plus.
  • Solid accounting knowledge.
  • Understanding of reinsurance (or willingness to learn).
  • High level of diligence.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and clean-up activities.
