We’re looking for an Industrial Sales Representative, who’s responsible for sales growth in the industrial segment, and building business relationships to enhance sales performance in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively obtains new industrial partners & orders, achieving the company’s sales target
- Maintains contact and negotiating with existing & potential new customers, selling refrigeration projects and solutions, regular customer visiting
- Develops personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities
- Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy, performing market research
- Creates relevant documentation: calculation sheets, offers, customer contracts, sales statistics
- Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering / HVAC specialization)
- Experience in the refrigeration / HVAC industry
- Experience with working in a similar role, for an international matrix organization
- Proven track record & experience in proactive technical sales from the B2B industrial segment, preferably with complex solution products
- Fluent English skills, verbal and written, local (Czech / Slovak) language knowledge
- Capability to understand the benefits of our products from a technical point of view
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to build networks
- Being able to work independently, also in a team and cooperate efficiently with colleagues, customers
- Results driven and proactive, confident personality, “play to win” attitude
- Developed organizing and planning ability, problem-solving skills
