JOB DESCRIPTION
As Office Management Assistant your key responsibilities are general support of the VYNCKENEERS as well as the first impression for the visitors of VYNCKE. In this role, you contribute to our mission to be the reference in partnership experience. You will report to the Regional Office Manager.
YOUR FUNCTION
• You are the first point of contact at our reception, representing VYNCKE as you welcome visitors and handle incoming calls & messages.
• You offer general administrative and organizational support.
• You cooperate with our marketing team about posting on VYNCKE´s social media.
• You arrange accommodation, flight tickets and visas for our guests as well as for your colleagues.
• You work in the ERP system (IFS).
• You help with the organization of company events.
YOUR PROFILE
• You have a high standard of customer focus.
• You are fluent in Czech and English, spoken and written form.
• You have a good command of Outlook, Excel, Word.
• You are an active driver (license B).
• You are interested in posting on social media.
