We’re on the hunt for a Content Manager who doesn’t just publish words— but knows how to turn content into real business impact.

Our content department has huge potential and is looking for the final piece of the puzzle that can take it to the next level. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role. It’s a chance to fix, mentor a team, raise the bar, and make content the engine of acquisition, retention, and player value.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
• Create content framework that drives player growth and loyalty, not just traffic.
• Lead from the front — take ownership of the content function and set the vision.
• Mentor, and coordinate a team of content creators and freelancers.
• Spot what’s missing, fix processes, and raise standards across the board.
• Bring big campaign ideas that cut through the noise and move the needle.
• Oversee delivery across web, CRM, campaigns, social, video, and beyond.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
• Use data to prove impact — track ROI and show how content fuels business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, and leadership to keep content aligned and impactful.
• Balance strategic planning with execution of day-to-day content task.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in senior content roles (digital, gaming, entertainment or similar fast-paced industries).
• A portfolio that shows off your writing and campaign work and the results it achieved.
• Strong leadership and people management — you know how to get the best from a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRM, and content best practices, with an eye for innovation.
• Multi-channel mindset: you can think beyond words to campaigns, social, video, and automation.
• A mix of creativity and commercial focus — you care about big ideas but also the bottom line.
