Who are we?

Flowpay is an embedded lending infrastructure that uses real-time data and AI to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with faster, fairer access to funding. We act as a Direct Lender, provide Embedded Finance Infrastructure for SME platforms, and offer Risk-as-a-Service (RaaS) to lending institutions.

Who are we looking for?

Demand for fast financing is growing and Flowpay is at the forefront of SME lending in Central Europe. With just a few clicks and no paperwork, businesses can access up to €100,000 without bank bureaucracy.

We are currently looking for our first Sales Representative to join us and drive growth. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound sales: some conversations will be with clients who already expressed interest, others will be proactive outreach to businesses that fit our profile. If picking up the phone makes you uncomfortable, this role isn’t for you. You will be building relationships with businesses and helping them get access to the funds they need - again and again.

Your responsibilities?

  • Contact registered clients who haven’t yet borrowed
  • Outbound prospecting and cold calling to qualified SMEs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Explain financing options in clear, simple language
  • Motivate clients to take the next step in the borrowing process
  • Manage outreach and follow-ups through HubSpot CRM
  • Share feedback to improve sales processes and client experience

How do we imagine you?

  • Proven experience with banking, leasing, or fintech products (SME loans, leasing, financing) and the ability to explain these clearly to clients
  • Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented salesperson who thrives on challenges
  • Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (HubSpot, CRM, online communication channels)
  • Cold calling experience and willingness to embrace outbound when needed
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline in CRM accurately and consistently
  • Native Czech or Slovak and solid business English
